ArmInfo. Starting from February 10, 2017 nominal coupon bonds issued by "ARMBUSINESSBANK" CJSC will be listed on NASDAQ OMX Armenia and included in the bonds' secondary Bbond list.

The press office of NASDAQ OMX Armenia has told ArmInfo that the  issue of the Bank's bonds comprises 10,000 coupon bonds with nominal  value of USD 100, coupon rate of  8.5% and maturity period of 24  months.The bonds (ISIN - AMARBBB21ER6) will be traded under ARBBB1  ticker symbol and will be allowed to manual and REPO trading as well.

To note, as of 10 Feb 2017, 24 issues of corporate bonds of 9 issuers  are listed on NASDAQ OMX Armenia. 15 of the issues were carried out  by 6 banks, 13 of them being USD issues: Araratbank - 6 issues (5 in  terms of USD), Ameriabank - 3 issues (2 - in terms of USD),  Armswissbank - 3 issues (all issues in terms of USD), Anelik Bank,  Unibank and Armbusinessbank - 1 issue each (in terms of USD). 

Armbusinessbank was established in 1991 as shareholding bank  "Arminvestbank". In 2006 Bank was renamed "Armbusinessbank" CJSC.  "Armbusinessbank" CJSC is a financial organization which has been  organized to provide banking and similar services to individuals and  organizations. The Bank became a member of NASDAQ OMX Armenia on  February 27, 2009.

NASDAQ OMX Armenia is the only stock exchange currently operating in  Armenia. On January 26, 2009, "Armenian Stock Exchange" ojsc was  officially renamed as "NASDAQ OMX Armenia" ojsc. On June 5, 2009,  "NASDAQ OMX Armenia" ojsc became the owner of 100% of the shares of  the "Central Depository of Armenia" ojsc. NASDAQ OMX Armenia and  Central Depository of Armenia are among the main securities market  infrastructure institutions in Armenia.The exchange offers to the  market professionals a fully automated electronic trading platform.
