ArmInfo. The second president of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, will make his political plans public after the New Year holidays, Kocharyan's Spokesman Viktor Soghomonyan says.
Kocharyan will not only speak of his plans for the upcoming parliamentary elections scheduled for April 2017, but will also express his stand on the ongoing processes.
Meanwhile, Kocharyan's in-law, MP Volodya Badalyan has recently told reporters that Kocharyan has no intention to return to mainstream politics. "He is just willing to share his experience and knowledge for the sake of development of the republic," the MP said.
Nevertheless, Kocharyan's name is related to the Solidarity Party of ex-foreign minister of Armenia Vartan Oskanian.
