To recall, Armenia's representative should have been appointed as the new Secretary General during the session of heads of CSTO member states in Yerevan on October 14. However, this issue was postponed till December. According to the official clarification the decision on the issue was postponed, as Kazakhstan's President did not participate in Yerevan session.
