ArmInfo. NATO takes no part in the Karabakh peace negotiations. Neither does it play any role in them, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said at the NATO Parliamentary Assembly's session in Istanbul.
He said that the Alliance supports the OSCE Minsk Group's efforts towards settlement of the conflict. He noted that NATO encourages all parties to continue the efforts towards peaceful resolution of the conflict. He also urged the parties not to link the Armenia-NATO and Azerbaijan-NATO relations to the Karabakh problem, because NATO takes no part in the Karabakh peace negotiations.
