ArmInfo. The National Democratic Pole Party is considering the Tripartite Declaration of November 9, 2020 as an armistice agreement, and the clauses that do not relate to a ceasefire and humanitarian issues should be canceled. Council member of the National Democratic Pole Vahe Gasparyan stated this at a press conference on June 8.
According to him, the parties should return to their initial positions at the time of November 2020, then the de-occupation of the Shushi and Hadrut regions should take place. Only after that, as a party member explained, negotiations will resume under the auspices of the OSCE Minsk Group on the subject of a peaceful settlement of the Karabakh conflict. At the same time, according to Gasparyan, the Artsakh issue does not exist as such - it is a part of the Armenian question and it should be considered in the context of restoring the territorial integrity of Armenia.
