ArmInfo. Armenian President Armen Sarkissian will leave for Brussels on a working visit.
During the visit, Sargsyan is scheduled to meet with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell, European Council President Charles Michel and other high-ranking officials. The meetings will be held at the initiative of Sargsyan. The President of Armenia plans to discuss with the leaders of European structures the issues of military aggression unleashed by Azerbaijan against the Republic of Artsakh, including the open participation of Turkey in it, as well as the facts of shelling by the Azerbaijani side of the border settlements of the Republic of Armenia. It is expected that the leadership of NATO and European structures will do everything possible to end hostilities on the part of Azerbaijan and a member of the North Atlantic Alliance Turkey, which will make it possible to implement the ceasefire agreement.
