ArmInfo. Some areas of the Sevan mansion of the former head of the RA Police Vladimir Gasparyan are being dismantled. Advisor to the Water Committee Sasun Miroyan wrote about this on his Facebook page.
Miroyan recalled that all buildings located in the coastal zone, up to the mark in 1903, will be dismantled at sea level. According to him, work has already begun to dismantle those sections of the mansion of Vladimir Gasparyan, which are below the level.
As previously reported by the Investigative Committee, as a result of investigative and procedural actions, a number of abuses related to the buildings belonging to Gasparyan near Sevan have been logged. In particular, they are not indicated in the approved scheme and development scheme for the Drakhtik village of Gegharkunik region, and the state registration of the right to real estate was formalized with violations. A criminal case was initiated on the facts of failure to take, in accordance with the established procedure, measures to prevent and suppress official forgeries and unauthorized construction of buildings and structures.
It should be reminded that within the framework of another criminal case, in which Vladimir Gasparyan is being held, cases of the use of a leading position, especially large from state funds, were revealed, as a result of which the state suffered damage in the amount of 114 million drams. For committing the aforementioned criminal acts, Vladimir Gasparyan was charged under paragraph 1 of part 3 of Article 179 (two episodes) and part 2 of Article 308 (two episodes) of the RA Criminal Code; to his former deputy Levon Yeranosyan - paragraph 1 3 of Article 179, 1 of Article 314 and part 2 of Article 308 of the RA Criminal Code; Vardan Tunyan, head of the Internal Audit Department, in accordance with part 2 of article 38-308, part 2 of article 308 and paragraphs 1 and 3 of part 2 of article 179 of the RA Criminal Code; to the commander of the military unit of the police forces Gurgen Grigoryan - under part 2 of article 38-308 of the RA Criminal Code.
