After the change of power, Hayk Mhryan was the Chief of the Nor Nork administrative district, then for a short time - the Deputy Chief head of the Armavir penal institution, after which he was appointed to the post of Deputy Chief of Police of Armenia. He also supervised the implementation of the emergency orders. Tigran Yesayan in 2012-2019 was the first Deputy Chief of the RA Police Training Complex.
