"At a meeting of the board of directors of Sistema AFC after the annual meeting of shareholders, Vladimir Petrovich Yevtushenkov was elected chairman, Anna Grigoryevna Belova and Andrei Anatolyevich Dubovskov were elected deputy chairpersons," the corporation said in a statement from Prime. The annual meeting of shareholders, held on June 27 in an online format, elected a new composition of the board of directors and increased its strength to 12 people from 11.
The board's newcomers were Anatoly Chubais, the head of RUSNANO, Etienne Schneider, the former vice-premier of Luxembourg, and Vladimir Chirakhov, president of AFC Sistema, who headed the corporation in mid-April.

AFK Sistema is an investment holding company that owns assets in the field of telecommunications, electronics, electric power, retail, finance, medicine, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. The main shareholder of AFC Sistema is Vladimir Yevtushenkov, who owns a 59.2% stake in Sistema. His son Felix Yevtushenkov owns 5.1817%.
