"Strictly following the instructions dictated by the current state of healthcare, that this I decided to mark this day in Paris, with a brief ceremony, at the presence of the French government members. This heritage and shared memory are the basis for such a unique relationship between our two countries.
The epidemic of coronavirus raging in the world today confronts us all with new challenges in the field of health, economics and the social field. We will confront these challenges together. And I am convinced that Armenia and France will interact on international platforms, for the benefit of more effective multilateralism and newly established solidarity.
