On April 22, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan expressed his condolences to the family of ex-Deputy Foreign Minister of the Republic of Armenia Ruben Shugaryan in connection with the death of the latter. It should be noted that on April 21, in 58, the ex-deputy foreign minister of Armenia Ruben Shugaryan passed away in the United States. According to Shugaryan's wife, he had a stroke. In the last years of his life, Shugaryan taught at the Fletcher Diplomatic School at the Tufts University of the USA.
