"Normal relations are like those in a large family—everything can happen in different ways," he noted in a conversation with journalists on September 8, commenting on the current state of relations between the two countries.

It should be noted that Armenian-Russian relations have recently been experiencing a serious crisis, which is due to official Yerevan's foreign policy vector.
