Russian ambassador summoned to Azerbaijani MFA

ArmInfo.Russian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Mikhail Yevdokimov was summoned to the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry, where he was presented a note verbale protesting the drone attack on a SOCAR gas station in Ukraine's Mykolaiv region on the evening of July 5.

The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry reported that a corresponding note  was delivered to the Russian side and that the strike was not an  isolated incident. It noted that the Russian side was called upon to  conduct a comprehensive investigation into all the reported  incidents, "provide appropriate appropriate clarifications regarding  the attacks, and  ensure full compliance with its international  obligations concerning the protection of civilian objects and  diplomatic missions."
