The statement by the opposition parliamentary forces about the power crisis in Armenia is like a storm in a glass of water, vice-speaker of the Armenian parliament, press-secretary of the ruling RPA, Edward Sharmazanov, told journalists today.
'If there is a crisis in Armenia, it is not in the power system but within the opposition forces", - he said and added that the power crisis happens the time when the parliamentary majority are unable to fulfill their functions and provide quorum, when the government cannot implement its work and when the president and judicial power are unable to implement their duties.
"I am confident that nobody, even if he wants very much, can name at least one fact which is evidence of incapability of the legislative, executive or judicial power in Armenia. Therefore, I think that the statements by the opposition about the power crisis in Armenia are like a storm in a glass of water", - Sharmazanov said when commenting on the statement by the "three" (Prosperous Armenia Party, Armenian National Congress and Heritage party) about the power crisis in Armenia.
