"Red Card" movement, which demands reducing the prices on electricity, gas, petrol, flour and sugar is conducting an act of protest in front of the Armenian's President residence on Baghramyan Avenue.
As the ArmInfo's correspondent reports from the scene, the protest started from the building of the government of Armenia in the Republic Square. The activists delivered a letter of protest to the representative of the executive body. From the Republic Square the members of the movement walked to the building of the National Assembly but an incident occurred between the policemen and the activists, who tried to cross the street in an illegal place. After the incident was over, the demonstrators continue walking and reached the building of the parliament. The participants of the movement delivered a letter of protest to the representative of the parliament administration. After that the protesters walked to the Armenia's president Serzh Sargsyan's residence on Baghramyan Avenue 26. The law-enforcement officers secured the area around the building and blocked further approaching of the protesters. The young activists of the "Red Card" movement refuse to leave Baghramyan Avenue, are whistling and shouting "We won't surrender"
