Հավի բուդը խաշել, թել-թել առանձնացնել միսը, վրան լցնել փոքրիկ քառակուսինեորվ կտրատած անանասները, սունկը, կլոր-կլոր կտրատած զեյթունը, ավելացնել մանրացված պոպոկը, համեմել ըստ ճաշակի աղով եւ պղպեղով, լցնել մայոնեզը եւ ամբողջը  լավ խառնել: Աղցանը պատրաստ է, բարի ախորժակ:

ինդիգրիենտից /ընկույզ, պնդուկ, նուշ, ֆստխ, արևածաղկի սերմ, սիսեռ, կանեփ, սպիտակ ձավար, ձմերուկի կորիզ/ 100-ական գրամ բովում ենք աղով՝ առանձին առանձին։ բովել նաև չորացրած ուրց՝ 50 գրամ։ Այս ամբողջը աղացով աղալ, խառնել իրար, ավելացնել աղացած սեւ պղպեղ, հինգ ճաշի գդալ զեյթունի ձեթ։ Մատուցելիս, յուրաքանչյուրի բաժնի վրա քամել լիմոնի հյութ։ Մատուցել անիսոնի կամ լիմոնի օղու հետ։ Այս ուտեստը հունական է

Սկզբում եփում
ենք կրեմը, որպեսզի հասցնի սառել: Ձուն հարում ենք շաքարավազի հետ, մինչև սպիտակի,
ավելացնում ենք ալյուրը: Եռացրած, գոլ կաթը ավելացնում ենք ստացված խյուսին, անընդհատ
խառնելով: Մարմանդ կրակի վրա եփում ենք, մինչև եռա: Կարելի է ավելացնել մի փոքր վանիլին
և թողնել սառչելու:


Հաջորդ քայլը`պատրաստում
ենք խնձորի միջուկը: Լվացած խնձորները կեղևում և բարակ շերտատում ենք: Թավայի մեջ հալեցնում
ենք կարագը, խնձորի շերտիկները տապակում ենք՝ նրբորեն խառնելով, որպեսզի խյուս չդառնան,
մոտավորապես 5 րոպե , մինչև փափկեն: Ավելացնում ենք դարչինն ու շաքարավազը, խառնում
ենք, վերցնում ենք կրակից, թողնում ենք սառչի:


Հիմա հերթը հասավ
խմորին: Պատրաստում ենք փխրուն խմոր`չոր բաղադրիչները՝ ալյուրը, սոդան, շաքարավազը
խառնում ենք, ավելացնում ենք ձուն և կարագը, հունցում ենք: Ստացվում  է բավականաչափ փափուկ խմոր:


Տապակի մեջ թուղթ
ենք փռում, լցնում ենք խմորը, հարթեցնում ենք: Խմորի մակերեսին փոսիկներ ենք անում,
որոնց մեջ լցնում ենք սառած կրեմը, ապա ողջ մակերեսը ծածկում ենք տապակած խնձորի շերտիկներով: 


180 աստիճան տաքացված
ջեռոցում թխում ենք 40-45 րոպե: Պատրաստ լինելուց հետո թողնում ենք մի քիչ հովանա,
վրան շաքարի փոշի ենք ցանում: Եփած կրեմով խնձորի կարկանդակը պատրաստ է:

սուրճ կամ թեյ և վայելեք դարչինի, խնձորի, կրեմի զարմանահրաշ համերի փունջը ձեր սիրելիների
հետ:
