Naira Zohrabyan, the leader of the People's Party of Armenia, Armenia's representative to the European Conservatives & Reformists Group, strongly objects to accession of the People's Front of Azerbaijan Party to the Group.
During the debates in Winchester, UK, Zohrabyan said that it is unacceptable to let the People's Front of Azerbaijan Party into the structure, because in the 21st century Azerbaijan has over 80 political prisoners.
In her speech, Zohrabyan also touched on the foreign and domestic political issues of Armenia and presented the changes in the Prosperous Armenia Party after the party leadership changed.
On Zohrabyan's invitation, the European Conservatives & Reformists Group will hold its next enlarged meeting in Armenia.
