The Public Services Regulatory
Commission of Armenia ruled on Wednesday that the Electric Networks of Armenia
(ENA) should pay a fine of 15mln AMD for having broken some of the Commission's
rules, particularly, for having failed to meet its contractual obligations to
Mikmetal, a company building a multifunction building in the center of
Yerevan.
The ENA has objected by saying that its controversy
with Mikmetal concerns mostly property relations, which are not regulated by
the Commission's rules.
The Commission has reserved the ENA the right to
dispute its decision in court. Whether the ENA will do it will become known
shortly.
