Moscow hopes that the Karabakh conflict parties will evade steps that can break the rather fragile truce, Russian President's Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
The Russian media outlets report that Peskov has given a negative answer to the question whether Yerevan and Moscow have discussed the bill on recognition of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. "No, it has not been discussed. We keep a close watch on the decisions being taken in this context. Certainly, we hope that the conflicting parties will evade any steps that can break the rather fragile peace and result in escalation in Karabakh," he said.
