Soldier Albert Safaryan's three comrades-in-arms - company top sergeant Arayik Sukiasyan, soldier Gevorg Ghazaryan and junior sergeant Mihran Hovakimya - have been detained within the framework of Albert's suicide.
As reported to ArmInfo from the Investigation Committee press-office, the soldiers are suspected in the commission of the crime under parts 1 and 2 Article 359 (Breach of relations, prescribed by field manuals, between not subordinated servicemen). The warrant officer is suspected in the commission of the crime under part 2 Article 358 (battery or other violence against the commander).
To remind, Safaryan was found dead on February 27 with a gunshot wound in his chin. Criminal proceedings over the crime have been instituted under part 1 Article 110 of the Criminal Code of RA (Causing somebody to commit suicide).
