Эльмар Мамедьяров: Сарсангское водохранилище превратилось в источник гуманитарного, экологического и техногенного бедствия

 Сарсангское водохранилище превратилось в источник гуманитарного,
экологического и техногенного бедствия. Как сообщает АПА со ссылкой на
пресс-службу МИД, об этом заявил министр иностранных дел Азербайджана Эльмар
Мамедъяров в ходе встречи с докладчиком ПАСЕ по <умышленному лишению
воды> жителей приграничных регионов Азербайджана Милисой Маркович.


Говоря о
переговорном процессе по урегулированию нагорно-карабахского конфликта,
Мамедъяров заявил, что самой большой проблемой является <оккупация>
Арменией <азербайджанских территорий>.


Министр отметил, что для мирного
урегулирования конфликта, в первую очередь, должны быть возвращены эти
территории. В свою очередь Маркович заявила, что основной целью ее доклада
будет Сарсангское водохранилище и река Тертер, а также связанные с ними
проблемы. Сарсангское водохранилище, расположенное на реке Тертер, крупнейшее
по размерам водохранилище в Нагорном Карабахе. Было построено в 1976 году на
территории Мардакертского районаНКР. Полный объём водохранилища составляет 560
млн м3, полезный объём 500 млн м3, а мёртвый объём 60 млн м3. Уровень
нормального накопления водохранилища 726 м, максимальный уровень заполнения при
притоке поводочных вод составляет 728,5 м, уровень мёртвого объёма 662 м, длина
водохранилища при нормальном наполнении 11,75 км, ширина 1,75 км, глубина воды
в нормальном уровне 103 м. Площадь зеркала на нормальном уровне 1346 га, на
уровне мёртвого объёма составляет 270 гектаров. Длина береговой линии
составляет 50, 25 км.  Высота плотины
достигает 125 м при длине в 555,1 м и ширине по верхнему краю в 10,2 м.



Сарсанг по высоте плотины на сегодняшний день
является самым высоким водохранилищем в НКР. До независимости НКР, территорий
Сарсангское водохранилище обеспечивало оросительными водами до 100 га земельных
участков в 6 районах Азербайджана (Тертер, Барда, Агдам, Гёранбой, Евлах и
Агджабеди). После независимости НКР, в результате невозможности использования
водохранилища, отсутствие орошения сельскохозяйственных растений нанесло
большой ущерб Азербайджану
