ArmInfo. State Minister of the Republic of Artsakh Ruben Vardanyan met today with the ministers under his supervision.
According to the press service of the NKR State Minister, the State Minister touched upon the principles of the state administration system, noting that the current crisis situation and challenges require new management approaches. He said that in accordance with the agreement with the President of the Republic of Artsakh, all ministers who are in the sector of coordination of the State Minister terminate their powers. Four of them will continue to work as interim ministers, and five more are released from their positions, and their powers will be temporarily performed by deputy ministers.
State Minister Ruben Vardanyan expressed gratitude to all ministers for their work. He considered worthy of special appreciation the work of those ministers who took office immediately after the war, trying to overcome the post-war stage, and noted that their experience and knowledge would be useful for the development of Artsakh.
After the meeting, Ruben Vardanyan also held a discussion with the interim ministers, urging them to approach their work with full responsibility and fulfill their duties in full.
As ArmInfo previously reported, Minister of Health Mikayel Hayriyan, Minister of Agriculture Norayr Musayelyan, Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Anahit Hakobyan, Minister of Social Development and Migration Armine Petrosyan, Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures Hayk Khanumyan were dismissed by the decree of the President of Artsakh.
Minister of Justice Zhirayr Mirzoyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs David Babayan, Minister of Urban Development Aram Sargsyan, Minister of Finance and Economy Vahram Baghdasaryan will retain their positions.
We should also add that, according to the Armenian media, the Artsakh Foreign Ministry can allegedly be headed by former Foreign Minister of Armenia (under second president of the Republic of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, ed. note) Vardan Oskanyan.
