ArmInfo. The Armenian National Congress (ANC) party, headed by first President of Armenia Levon Ter-Petrosyan, does not exclude participation in the parliamentary elections. This is stated on the ANC Facebook page.
"The Armenian National Congress is preparing for the congress, which will be held on May 1 by a preliminary decision. During the congress, the ANC will answer the question of whether the party intends to participate in the elections, and other related questions. If there is no force majeure, Levon Ter- Petrosyan's party will take part in the elections and, most likely, will go to them alone, "the source says.
To note, by agreement of the political forces of Armenia, parliamentary elections will be held in the country on June 20. Earlier, tsecond president of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, also announced his readiness to take part in the elections.
