I am sure that we will continue our joint path," Nikol Pashinyan said.
The Prime Minister wished Arsen Torosyan success in his new status and formulated the task set before him. "In general, all of us - representatives of the public administration system, responsible for the situation in the country, have gone through very difficult times. The war period was very difficult for all of us. And now in the post-war period there are many difficulties and challenges that need to be effectively dealt with. The public administration system needs restart, and that restart should definitely start with the Prime Minister's Office. This restart is the main task assigned to Mr. Torosyan, and, of course, not only Mr. Torosyan, but all of us, "the head of the Armenian government said.
According to Nikol Pashinyan, in the new situation it is necessary to establish a new benchmark for public administration, which, in fact, should be aimed at serving society. "We must take the quality of this service to a completely new level," the Prime Minister said.
Former Chief of Office of the Prime Minister Eduard Aghajanyan thanked the Prime Minister for his confidence. "It is clear that we have gone through very difficult days together. But we can say that we have definitely overcome those difficult days with honor. I would also like to express special gratitude to the staff of the apparatus, each of them for their effective work over the past two and a half years. I am sure that this efficiency will not decrease under the new leadership. I wish Mr. Torosyan success, " Eduard Aghajanyan said.
In turn, Arsen Torosyan thanked the Prime Minister for entrusting him with responsible work. "I would like to thank Mr. Aghajanyan for his work, assure us that we will keep this high bar. Along with the solution of the issues you have identified, we will try to improve it even more. We will immediately begin to fulfill our obligations in full. I am sure that we will take serious steps in the direction you indicated, " the newly appointed Chief of Staff said.
