According to him, individual negotiations are currently underway on this issue. The country's Foreign Ministry is negotiating with its Russian partners. As for Georgia, as Tigran Avinyan noted, there are no negotiations on opening borders with this state. The purely epidemiological situation is not yet at the level to start negotiations with Georgia. The same goes for the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The Deputy Prime Minister also stressed that a draft of legislative changes has been developed, the application of which will allow solving the issue of the state of emergency at the legislative level, and not by making decisions.
