ArmInfo. RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan called the scale of violation of security measures of COVID-19 shameful.
During a live broadcast on Facebook, the prime minister pointed out that he received in large numbers photos and videos about the widespread violations by citizens of anti-epidemiological measures from all over Armenia, when mass crowds are everywhere observed. This applies primarily to bank branches and <HayPos>t, as well as markets.
In addition, a number of violations were recorded in educational institutions, where students, despite the ban due to the risk of COVID-19, celebrate the Farewell Bell.
Pashinyan noted that he would personally deal with these issues, in cooperation with the Central Bank, the Police and other structures. Meanwhile, he pointed out the responsibility of every citizen in this matter, emphasizing that due to the scale of the coronavirus, there will soon be no free beds in the hospitals of the country. "If citizens complied with all anti-epidemiological measures, the cases of coronavirus in Armenia would be 95% lower," the Prime Minister emphasized.
In total, 10.524 cases of coronavirus were confirmed in Armenia, 3.454 people recovered, 170 died. Currently, 6.841 patients are receiving treatment.
