ArmInfo.Press Secretary of Yerevan Mayor Hakob Karapetyan urged employees of the "Greening and Environmental Protection" SNCO not to mislead the public with false facts.
To recall, today SNCO employees held a protest against the director's abuses, indicating that they were being dismissed without explanation, and among others, a pregnant woman received a notice of dismissal. On his Facebook page, Karapetyan in particular noted: <Personnel management in the Yerevan's < Greening and Environmental Protection > SNCO is carried out within the framework of the RA legislation. In particular, over the past month, the effectiveness of the work of an employee and the desirability of further cooperation was evaluated exclusively in accordance with the labor legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
In addition, no pregnant woman were dismissed,or receive notice of dismissal or an oral offer from the "Greening and Environmental Protection" SNCO for the last month.
Employees who receive notice of dismissal can use various means to protect their interests - open press conferences, lawsuits, and so on. However, attempts to mislead the public with false facts are unacceptable>.
To recall, the decision to create the < Greening and Environmental Protection > SNCO was made on December 16, 2019 at a meeting of the Council of Elders of Yerevan. For these purposes, it was planned to allocate 3.4 billion 400 million drams. It was noted that the creation of SNCO will allow, in particular, to accumulate funds allocated by the mayor's office for landscaping measures.
