Putin charges immediate operability tests of Russian troops

Supreme Commander of Russia's Armed Forces Vladimir Putin has charged an immediate operational readiness test of troops. Referring to Army General Sergei Shoigu, the Russian Defense Ministry press-office reports that the troops of the Southern Military District (including 102nd Russian Ministry Base -editor's note), part of troops and armory of the Western and Central Military Districts, the Northern Fleet, Chief Command of the Aerospace Forces, Command of the Airborne Forces will be put on alert starting from 7pm.
