He said formation of a new political system is well under way in Armenia. The president is sure that the Constitutional reform will make the political system more open, flexible and coherent as well as will meet the social structure of the Armenian society.
Armenia needs such officials who use all their resources to implement programs and not those who excuse themselves for not conducting the work, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan stated in his address to Armenian nation on February 12.
