It is time to continue the negotiations on the Karabakh conflict's resolution at a different level, James Warlick, the U.S. Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, the tripartite mediating body in the NK process, told reporters in Yerevan, Tuesday. The ambassador said at his upcoming meetings with President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan and Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian he will continue the discussion that was launched in Wales with Secretary of State John Kerry.

The constitutional reforms proposed by Serzh Sargsyan are one more attempt on his part to stay in power after 2018, the head of the parliamentary group of Armenian National Congress Levon Zurabyan said during on debate on the constitutional reforms on Tuesday.

A member of the parliament from the ARFD, Artsvik Minasyan, thinks that the position of his colleagues from the non-power "four" about the constitutional reforms, is wrong. To note, three out of the four forces - Heritage, Prosperous Armenia Party and Armenian National Congress are against the constitutional reforms initiated by the authorities.
