So far, it is hard to make any forecasts concerning the upcoming parliamentary elections in Artsakh, says Masis Mailyan, Head of the NKR Public Council for Foreign Policy Security.
Talking to ArmInfo, Mailyan said everything depends on how widely the incumbent authorities will use the administrative resources and whether the opposition will manage to control the vote counting.
"After the NKR CEC published the list of the parties and the single-mandate candidates, it has become obvious that unlike the parliamentary elections of 2010, the May 3 elections will be competitive," Mailyan said.
He said the major fight is anticipated between the ruling coalition parties on the one side and the opposition party National Revival on the other side. This is the major feature of the election campaign so far, Mailyan said
