The Gas Transportation Company of Georgia has officially informed Gazprom Armenia that the Russian gas supply to Armenia will be suspended from July 10 till August 10.
The press office of Gazprom Armenia has told ArmInfo that the gas supply will be suspended due to the need to rehabilitate the damaged sections, replace the valves on the Kazakh-Saguramo gas pipeline in Georgia, as well as to connect the newly built section in the landslide zone.
The reserves of the Abovyan underground gas storage facility will ensure uninterrupted gas supply to the consumers of Armenia.
