Presidents of Russia and Armenia, Vladimir Putin and Serzh Sargsyan have not discussed the electricity price, as it is an internal affair, RIA Novosti reports Putin's spokesperson Dmitry Peskov as saying.
"The electricity price is an internal affair of Armenia, put it that way. And it cannot be discussed with the Russian Federation, indeed," Peskov said. He added that the two presidents discussed the bilateral relations.
Earlier, on June 30, Vladimir Putin had a phone talk with his Armenian counterpart and congratulated him on his birthday. The leaders exchanged views on development of the Eurasian Economic Union integration processes, the Kremlin press-office reported.
