կասկածների ֆոնի ներքո  Հայաստանը, չգիտես թե ինչու,  այնտեղ է շտապում լիակատար արագությամբ:

Նազարբաևի հայտարարույթունն այան մասին, որ Ղազախստանը դուրս կգա Եվրասիական
միությունից, եթե այն սկսի սպառնալ երկրի անկախությանը և շահերին, ինչն ունի երկու
տրամադբանական հիմնավորումներ: Առաջին հերթին, դրանով Ղազախստանի նախագահը
Ուրաինայի նկատմամբ Ռուաստանի գորևծողությունները չընդունելը: Երկրորդը, դա
Արևմուտքի կողմից Ղազախստանի ԵԱՏՄ գործընկեր Ռուսաստան դեմ կիրառված
պատժամիջոցների նկատմամբ անհանգստությունն է»,-նշել է Իգիթանը:


 


Նրա կարծիքով,
Ուկրաինան, այն առումով, որով որ պետք է Ռուսաստանին,  Ղազախստանին պետք չէ: Եվ Մոսկվայի դեմ կիրառված
պատժամիջոցներն արդեն էապես վնասում են Ղազախստանի զարգացող տնտեսությանը:
Իգիթյանն ընդգծել է, որ Օտարերկրա ուղղակի ներդրումները դեպի Ղազախստան տարեկան
աճում են 2-3 մլրդ. դոլարով: Երկիրն ամբողջ թափով պատրաստվում է 2017 թվականին
կայանալիք միջազգային «Էքսպո-2017 ցուցահանդեսին: Համագործակցելով ֆրանսիական
ընկերությունների հետ, Ղազախստանն այսօր պատրաստ է արտադրել քաղաքացիական
ուղղաթիռներ և էլեկտրագնացքներ: Արևմտյան գործընկերների հետ պատրաստ է զարգացնել
բազմաթիվ այլ նախագծեր:

Աստանայի անհանգստոթյունը Ռուսաստանի դեմ կիրառվող պատժամիջոցների կապակցությամբ
լիովին արդարացված է, ինչպես արդարացված է նաև Նազարբաևի արձագանքը: Բայց
արդարացված չէ ՀՀ նախագահի արձագանքը, որը հայտարարում է, որ ԵԱՏՄ մասնակցությունը
մեր երկրին ոչնչով չի վնասում: Իսկ ի՞նչ անել ԵՄ հետ արդեն ունեցած պայմանագրերը:
Միայն Ֆրանսիայի հետ առևտրի պայմանագիրն անկախության 23 տարիներին հասել է 3 հազար
էջի: Իսկ ի՞նչ անել անդամությունն Առևտրի համաշխարհային կազմակերպությանը, GSP-ին
և այլ կազմակերպություններին»,-հարցադրել է Իգիթյանը:


 



Նշենք,
որ սեպտեմբերի 21-ին ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը Հայաստանի Անկախության օրվան
նվիրված իր ելույթում հայտարարեց, որ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը Հայաստանի անդամագրվելը
չի վնասում երկրի քաղաքական անկախությանը: Նրա խոսքով, որոշումը պայմանավորված է
տնտեսական զարգացման այն նոր հնարավորություններով, որոնք բացվում են Հայաստանի
առջև, ինչպես նաև անվտանգության համակարգով: «Հայաստանը շարունակում է
համագորևծակցությունն իր բոլոր գործընկերների հետ: Եվրասիական միության,
Եվրամիության, ԱՄՆ, Չինաստանի, Վրաստանի և Իրանի, ինչպես նաև բարեկամական մյուս
երկրների հետ»,-եզրափակել է Սարգսյանը:
