Tbilisi. Georgian Foreign Minister, Maia Panjikidze, has sent
a letter of condolences to her Nigerian counterpart, Aminu Bashir Wali,
following the terrorist attack, which struck the central Nigerian town of Jos
on May 21, killing over a hundred innocent civilians.
According to the Georgian Foreign
Ministry's Press and Information Department, in her letter, Minister Panjikidze
condemned every manifestation of terrorism, regarding it as unacceptable.
"The Minister expressed hope that the
Nigerian Government will be able to fight terrorism through the international
community's engagement and assistance," reads the statement.
