կազմի փոփոխությունը Anelik վճարային համակարգի զարգացման ռազմավարության վրա:
Ինչպիսի՞ արդյունքների բանկը կարողացավ հասնել ԱՊՀ և ինչպես նաև հեռավոր
արտասահմանում դրամական փոխանցումների շուկայում իր դիրքերն ամրապնդելու առումով և
ինչպիսի՞ նպատակներ կան այդ ուղղությամբ 2014 թվականին:


 


Իրոք, «ԱնելիքՌՈՒ» ՍՊԸ բաժնետերերի կազմի փոփոխությունից
հետո տեղի է ունենում նաև Anelik համակարգի ռազմավարական զարգացման փոփոխություն:
Մասնավորապես, 2013 թվականին թողարկվեց սեփական VISA
ANELIK վճարային քարտը, մասնավոր անձանց համար բացվեց
Բանկ-Հաճախորդ ծառայությունը, ստեղծվեցին հեռավոր դրամական փոխանցումներ
իրականացնելու յուրօրինակ հնարավորություններ, բացվեցին մի քանի սեփական
բաժանմունքներ, տեղի ունեցավ սակագների զգալի իջեցում և շատ այլ բաներ: 2013
թվականին նաև իրակակացվեց ամենամսշտաբային գովազդային միջոցառումը, մասնավորապես,
Մոսկվայում, Սանկտ-Պետերբուրգում, Դոնի-Ռոստովում, Կրասնոդարում, Չելյաբինսկում,
Ուֆայում, Սամարայում, Մախաչկալայում, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանում:


 


Anelik վճարային համակարգը դրամական
փոխանցումների ուղարկման/վճարման կետերի ցանցի ընդլայնման շնորհիվ ավելի շատ
հեռավոր վայրեր է սկսում յուրացնում ողջ աշխարհում:


 


2014 թվականի զարգացման պլաններում առաջնային է
հանդիսանում Anelik վճարային համակարգի զարգացումը, մասնավորապես, դրամական
փոխանցումների ծառայության բարելավմանն ուղղված քաղաքականության իրականացում,
սեփական բաժանմունքների բացում, աշխարհագրության ներկայության ընդլայնում, VISA ANELIK 
վճարային քարտերի թողարկման ավելացում, ինչպես նաև դրանց միջոցով դրամական
փոխանցումների ավելացում: Ինտրիգը շարունակելու համար ասեմ, որ մյուս ինովացիոն
նախագծերին կարող եք ծանոթանալ դրանց գործարկումից հետո:


 


Anelik համակարգը նպատակաուղղված կերպով ընդլայնում է իր գործընկերային
ցանցը: Ինչպիսի՞ն են ընկերության այս տարվա պլաններն աշխարհագրական ընդլայնման
առումով:


 


Ընթացիկ տարվա ընթացքում Anelik վճարային
համակարգը կաշխատի ամրապնդել իր դիրքերը Հայաստանում, Սիրիայում, Տաջիկստանում,
Չինաստանում, Վիետնամում և  Մոնղոլիայում:
Աշխարհագրական ներկայությունը կզարգացնենք Հարավային և Կենտրոնական Ամերիկայում,
Բրազիլիայում, Էկվադորում, Արգենտինայում, Չիլիում, Մեքսիկայում, Կոլումբիայում,
Կոստա Ռիկայում, ինչպեսնաև Արևմտյան Եվրոպայում:


 


Anelik վճարային համակարգի հիմնական նպատակը դրամական
փոխանցումների համաշխարհային շուկայում առաջատար դիրքեր զբաղեցնելն է: Ներկայումս
ինչպիսի՞ն է համակարգի ծածկույթը համաշխարհային շուկայում, ընդհանրապես, իսկ
մասնավորապես, ԱՊՀ տարածքում: Իստ Ձեր հաշվարկների, ե?րբ համակարգն առաջատար
դիրքերի կհասնի համաշխարհային շուկայում և ինչպիսի?ն են առաջատար դառնալու
նախադրյալները:


 


Անկասկած է, որ համաշխարհային շուկայում
առաջատար դառնալը Anelik համակարգի վերջնական նպատակն է, իսկ դրան հասնելու համար
տարբեր երկրներում աստիճանաբար զարգացնում ենք որոշ ուղղություններ: Այժմ Anelik
համակարգը ներկայացված է ավելի քան 100 երկրներում: Բանկի վերլուծաբանների հետազոտությունները
ցույց են տալիս, որ ներկայումս վճարային համակարգը զբաղեցնում է ԱՊՀ դրամական
փոխանցումների ընդհանուր շրջանառության մոտ 20 տոկոսը: Anelik համակարգն առաջին հերթին
կողմնորոշվում է հայկական սփյուռքի բնակավայրերով: Վերջին ժամանակներս մենք
համագործակցության համաձայնություններ ենք ձեռք բերել Կալիֆորնիայի Գլենդեյլ
քաղաքի, Փարիզի, Նիցցայի և այլ քաղաքների հետ: Մենք ձգտում ենք, որպեսզի հայկական
սփյուռքի ներկայացուցիչներն իրենց դրամական փոխանցումներն իրականացնեն հատկապես
մեր համակարգով:


 


Դժվար է կանխատեսել առաջատար դիրքերի դուրս
գալը, բայց մեր թիմն առավելագույն ջանքերն է ներդնում այդ նպատակին հասնելու
համար:


 


Ո՞ր փուլում է գտնվում Anelik համակարգին հայկական բանկերի
միացման գործընթացը:


 


2013 թվականին ANELIK վճարային համակարգի մասնակից
դարձան Ինեկոբանկը և  Կոնվերս Բանկը,
ինչպես նաև Անելիք Բանկի հետ համագործակցող այլ բանկեր: Տարվա արդյունքներով ANELIK
վճարային համակարգի հետ աշխատում է Հայաստանի 13 բանկ: Ներկայումս
բանակցություններ են ընթանում Հայաստանի ևս մի քանի բանկերի հետ համագործակցելու
ուղղությամբ: Հուսով ենք, որ մոտ ապագայում բոլոր բանկերը կաշխատեն նաև ANELIK
համակարգի հայաստանյան գործընկեր «MONEYTUN» համակարգի հետ, որն ընձեռում է
գումարը տուն առաքելու հնարավորություն:


 


Այժմ մենք ակտիվորեն զարգացնում ենք
փոխանցումների իրականացման դիստանցիոն տարբերակները և աստիճանաբար հաճախորդներին
կողմորոշում ենք դեպի դրամական փոխանցումների ավելի հարմար տարբերակները, օրինակ,
բանկային քարտերի միջոցով:


 


Որքանո՞վ սակագների Ամանորյա իջեցումները թույլ տվեցին
ավելացնել Anelik համակարգի շրջանառությունն ընդհանրապես, իսկ մասնավորապես,
Հայաստանում: Սակագնային առումով փոփոխություններ սպասվո՞ւմ են արդյոք 2014
թվականին: Anelik համակարգի շրջանառության ինչպիսի՞ աճ է նախատեսվում ընթացիկ
տարում, և ինչպիսի՞ն է Հայաստանի դերն այդ ծրագրի իրականացման գործընթացում:


 


Հայաստանի բանկերի մասնակցությունն այդ
ակցիային թույլ տվեց շրջանառությունը մեծացնել 10 տոկոսով: Ընդհանուր հաշվով,
առայժմ դժվար է որևէ գնահատական տալ, քանի որ ակցիայի արդյունքները կամփոփենք դրա
ավարտից՝ 2014 թվականի մայիսի 1-ից հետո: Ինչ վերաբերվում է սակագների
փոփոխությանը, ապա կան որոշ գազափարներ, որոնք դեռ անհրաժեշտ է մշակել:
Պատմականորեն այնպես է դասավորվել, որ ANELIK վճարային համակարգի համար դրամական
փոխանցումների ոլորտում Հայաստանը միշտ էլ հանդիսացել է ռազմավարական կարևորագույն
երկիրը: Համակարգի շրջանառության աճի առումով 2014 թվականին մեծ դերակատարում է
հատկացվում Հայաստանին: Մենք ակնկալում ենք, որ ընթացիկ տարում ANELIK վճարային
համակարգի մասնաբաժինը շուկայում կավելանա 25 տոկոսով:
