RESO Company is implementing an international medical insurance project "Health Sector" - a unique project for the Armenian market, says Samvel Grigoryan, RESO Executive Officer, in an interview with ArmInfo. 

The program is elaborated jointly with Sphera Global Gestion Medica Internacional S.L, Spain - a company specializing in international medical services - and "RESO-Garantia" Russian Insurance Company.

"The project gives an opportunity to customers to undergo medical examination and receive diagnosis meeting European standards to avoid any doubts on the efficiency or even safety of treatment, and, which is the most important, to avoid additional and groundless expenses," Grigoryan said.  According to him, customers are offered a number of services under the project "Health Sector," such as 

"Second Medical Opinion" - a written opinion of a licensed specialist in one of the heavy diseases included in the company's list. Grigoryan explained that this service will be interesting to the person who had any doubts on the diagnosis doctors issued to them. Another service is called "Ask Doctor" - consultations on various pathological diseases, diagnosis and remote treatment and telemedicine. In addition, "Health Sector" international medical insurance project offers in-treatment on fixed price, insurance against possible increase in the treatment price, and services such as invitation, transfer, placement in a hotel, translator's services at hospital, monitoring on the hospital stay.
"Advisory medical aid does not requirement presence of the insurer, as it is based on the medical documents provided through e-mail and other telecommunications services. I am speaking about medical opinions, history of disease, and other documents. Consultations are provided by the specialists of Sphere Company and other foreign partner-clinics, as well as international licensed specialists in the field," RESO executive officer said. According to him, social packages of civil servants may be included in the project.
"Health Sector" project provides three levels of medical insurance: Classic, Silver, and Gold. The basic package - Classic - is available in the package Silver, while the Gold package includes also the first two one. In particular, Classic includes such services as "Ask Doctor," emergency assessment of diagnosis and treatment methods, "Second Medical Opinion," fixed and insurance cost of treatment, service. Silver includes all the services of the Classic package that can be used also by the member of the family of an insured person - husband and children below 18. Gold package includes all the services for Classic and Silver packages, and full medical examination "Check-Up" in Barcelona one in a year.  Consultations are provided on phone and online on the company's website. A one-year insurance contract can be signed with individuals below 80.  Basis tariffs and multiplying coefficients are applied depending on the age.
