Armenia's Justice Minister Hovhannes Manukyan said that the ministries of emergency situations and territorial administration will be merged into a Ministry of Emergency Situations and Territorial Administration.
"This is supposed to make the Cabinet more efficient in using budgetary funds," Manukyan said.
He said that the Government is also planning to create a Ministry for International Integration and Reforms. The new ministry will have a small staff and will promote Armenia's international integration and reforms in the fields of tourism, transportation, communication and culture.
