The lawyer said Yenigomshyan is suspected of supporting the armed group that seized the Police Patrol Service Regiment building on July 17 demanding release of jailed oppositionist Jirayr Sefilyan and resignation of President Serzh Sargsyan. Baghdasaryan said the preliminary investigation body failed to follow the procedure. The lawyer has already applied to the Ombudsperson and plans to visit the isolation ward to remove the violations.
