Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov discussed the current status of the negotiation process around the settlement of conflict at the meeting with the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs in Paris.
According to APA, at the meeting the parties expressed concern over the unsettlement of Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
While presenting the position of Azerbaijani side, Mammadyarov maintained that "lack of constructive approach of Armenian side remains an obstacle in settlement of conflict, advancement of peace process and restoration of peace and stability in the region."
Reiterating the readiness of Azerbaijani side to sign Comprehensive Peace Agreement, he underlined, first and foremost, "the necessity of withdrawal of Armenian armed forces from occupied territories of Azerbaijan for advancement of peace."
The meeting was held on March 10. Co-Chairs from France, Russia and United States - Jacques Faure, Igor Popov and James Warlick and the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk attended the meeting.
