Aiming at increasing service quality in the phase of application regulation and reimbursements "ROSGOSSTRAKH ARMENIA" insurance company has carried out restructuring and regulation revision, the company press-office has informed ArmInfo. Due to these reformations the company has significantly shortened the dates of OSAGO reimbursement.   

By the data of the center for application regulation, at the beginning of the year it took 10.5 working days for a client to be recompensed. Nowadays the insurance company pays the client within 7.5 days on average. This applies even for complicated and disputable cases, which require and extra expertise.  

By the June concerted declaration, in 65% of the Case the client receives the indemnity within 5 days. 

According to the Financial Rating of insurance companies of Armenia by the Agency of Rating Marketing Information (ArmInfo), in Q 1, 2015 "ROSGOSSTRAKH ARMENIA" insurance company has retained the leadership on insurance service charges in the market (2.031 bln AMD with 15.7% yoy fall as of Apr 1, 2015). The company is a leader in respect of reimbursements made over the reported period - 837.2 mln AMD with 20.5% yoy fall. The company's share of insurance service charges in the market totaled 68.2% and 73.7% in respect of reimbursements. The company does lead in the area of assets - 12.1 bln AMD (amid 5.6% yoy increase), its own capital - 4.8 bln AMD (amid 64.1% yoy increase). As of Apr 1, 2015 the number of the company's employees totaled 351 compared to 345 in 2014. At quarter-end the net profit of the company reached up to 248.3 mln AMD, which is 13.3% less compared yoy.  

"ROSGOSSTRAKH ARMENIA" CJSC was established in Armenia in 2008. The company is a subsidiary of ROSGOSSTRAKH Russia group of companies. The legal capital of the company totals 4.5 bln AMD.  The company runs 47 offices in all towns of Armenia with 18 branches and 13 sales offices in Yerevan and 24 in the regional centers and cities in Armenia. In Dec 2011 "ROSGOSSTRAKH ARMENIA" was the first in the insurance market of Armenia to get the certificate of compliance ISO 9001:2008 from Moody International.
