During the May 4 press conference in response to ArmInfo's question on the Turkish president's plan aimed at muffling the resonance of the Armenian Genocide centennial events, Presidential Chief of Staff Vigen Sargsyan said that the Turkish April 24 events, arranged to the 100th anniversary of Gallipoli victory, were a complete failure. According to him, the Armenian side had predicted the failure. Today the forecast is more than correct.
He suggested monitoring the international media's materials on the events both in Yerevan and Ankara. "We will see that the Ankara events cannot be compared with the Yerevan ones", said Sargsyan.
