Head of the Public Services Regulatory Committee (PSRC) Staff Mikael Soghomonyan has sown discord between the activists protesting against rising electricity tariff in front of the Committee.
According to ArmInfo's correspondent, the activists demand Police to allow ten activists to the meeting, while Soghomonyan said that only two activists can be allowed into the building. Part of the activists agrees to send two representatives to the meeting, while others claim that by such actions the Police and the Committee try to gain time.
While the activists are disputing, Deputy Head of the Yerevan Police Valery Osipyan urges activists to go on concessions to avoid clashes with the Police.
Oppositional parliamentarians and members of public organizations have joined the picketers. The number of the Police offices is increasing simultaneously.
Meanwhile, Osipyan and Levon Zurabyan, ANC Faction had a dispute. Osipyan said that activists are provoking the police officers, while Zurabyan disclaimed the accusation. Osipyan demand Zurabyan to bring the activists to heel.
After the dispute, activists demanded a meeting with Robert Nazaryan, Head of the PSRC.
