Valeriy Permyakov, accused of murder of the Avetisyans family, has accepted charges brought against him.
As press-service of Armenian Investigation Committee reported, a lawsuit has been filed on the Gyumri incident according to the point 1 of part 2 of the 104th clause of the Armenian Criminal Code (murder of two and more people). The investigation group set up by the Investigation Committee has examined the crime site, examined more than 30 witnesses and is going to perform more than 10 expert examinations.
A decision was adopted to name Permyakov as a defendant and he has accepted charges brought against him.
The 6-month-old baby-boy died on January 19 despite the genuine efforts of specialists to save his life. Russian solider Valery Permyakov shot 6 members of the Avetisyans family dead and stabbed little Seryozha in Gyumri on January 12.
