383 official cars of the cutbacks program will be transferred to the balance of the State Property Management Agency. The relevant decision was taken at the Government's meeting on June 23.
Arman Sahakyan, the head of the Agency, noted that the cars will be sold via auction. He pointed out that at the moment there are 798 vehicles on the books of the state-run establishments and non-commercial state structures. He also pointed out 274 cars of the police and 10 cars of the defense ministry. So, the matter concerns 1,000 vehicles. He said that the appraisal of the cars will shortly be completed and the vehicles will be put on the auction.
The Prime Minister urged the ministers to decide the number of the cars that fall under the cutbacks program.
