«Air Armenia» ավիաընկերությունը դադարեցրել է ուղևորների փոխադրումները

 Հայաստանի միակ
ավիափոխադրողը` «Air Armenia»
ավիաընկերությունը ժամանակավորապես դադարեցրել է ուղևորների փոխադրումները, մինչև
այս տարվա դեկտեմբերի 20-ը: Այս մասին է նշվում հոկտեմբերի 29-ին ընկերությունից
ստացված հաղորդագրության մեջ:


 


Հայտարարության մեջ ասված է, որ հոկտեմբերի 22–ին լրացավ «Air Armenia» ավիաընկերության
ուղևորափոխադրումների իրականացման մեկ տարին, և անցած մեկ տարվա ընթացքում «Air
Armenia» ընկերությունը` որպես միակ հայկական ուղևորափոխադրող ավիաընկերություն,
իր ծառայություններն է մատուցել քաղաքացիներին` թռիչքներ իրականացնելով դեպի
Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն և Եվրոպա: Որպես միակ հայկական ուղևորափոխադրող
ընկերության՝ «Air Armenia»-ի համար  անցած տարին լի էր ձեռքբերումներով
ինչպես նաև անցանկալի բացասական անակնկալներով:  «Տարածված տեղեկությունների
համաձայն՝ ամռան ընթացքում  փորձեր եղան ավիաընկերության գործունեությանը
խոչընդոտելու ուղղությամբ, որի արդյունքում միտում դիտվեց միակ հայկական
ավիափոխադրողի վերացման ուղղությամբ, ինչը կարող է նպաստավոր պայմաններ ստեղծել
օտարերկրյա ավիաընկերությունների համար՝ մենաշնորհային և անկախ քաղաքականություն իրականացնելու
և Հայոց երկնքին տնօրինելու ուղղությամբ»,-նշվում է հայտարարության մեջ:


 


Ընկերությունը
նշում է սույն թվականի սեպտեմբերի 11-ին Ռոսաէռոնավիգացիայի կողմից ռուսական
լրատվամիջոցների միջոցով տարածած հայտարարությունը, որ «Air Armenia»
ավիաընկերությանը սեպտեմբերի 21-ից արգելվելու է չվերթներ իրականացնել դեպի
Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն, մեծ վնաս հասցնելով և լուրջ խնդիրների պատճառ դարռնալով
միակ հայկական ուղևորափոխադրող ավիաընկերության համար: Նշվում է, որ  Ռոսաէռոնավիգացիայի կողմից տարածված
հայտարարությունը, մեծ տարածում գտնելով Հայաստանյան լրատվամիջոցների շրջանում,
պատճառ հանդիսացավ հայկական ավիափոխադրողի հեղինակության անկման, ինչի արդյունքում
«Air Armenia» ավիաընկերությունն սկսեց կրել մեծ ֆինանսական կորուստներ:
Հայտարարությունը խուճապ առաջացրեց թե ուղևորների, թե կրեդիտորների և թե
դեբիտորների շրջանում: Բազմաթիվ ուղևորներ սկսեցին վերադարձնել արդեն իսկ գնված
տոմսերը: Ուղևորների մի մեծ զանգված հրաժարվեց հայկական ուղևորափխադրողի
ծառայություններից: Վաճառքները նվազեցին ավելի քան 60%-ով:


 


Նշվում է նաև, որ
բոլոր կրեդիտորներն սկսեցին պահանջել իրենց հասանելիք գումարները, հրաժարվելով
նախկինում պայմանավորված փոխանցումների գրաֆիկներից, իսկ դեբիտորները հրաժարվում
էին փոխանցել արդեն իսկ վաճառված տոմսերի գումարները, պատճառաբանելով, որ
ուղևորների հրաժարվելու դեպքում ստիպված կլինեն ետ վերադարձնել գումարները: 
«Air Armenia» ավիաընկերության կողմից շահագործվող օդանավերից երկուսը ներկայումս
մեկնել են Հոլանդիա տեխնիկական սպասարկման նպատակով: Օդանավերի տեխնիկական
սպասարկումը պարտադիր և պլանային գործընթաց է, որն իրականացվում է օդանավերը վարձակալության
հանձնած ընկերության հետ ձեռք բերված պարտավորությունների շրջանակներում: Առաջացած
խուճապի և հասարակության շրջանում առկա անորոշությանը զուգահեռ Ա320 տիպի
օդանավերի սեփականատերերը պահանջեցին օդանավերից մեկի տեխնիկական հերթական և
մյուսի ոչ պլանավորված տեխնիկական սպասարկումը իրականացնել իրենց պատկանող
օդանավակայանում իրենց ավելի ապահովագրված զգալու նպատակով: Սակայն, «Air Armenia»
ավիաընկերությունը, ի զարմանս շատերի, իր մեջ գտավ եռանդ, ուժ և միջոցներ՝
թռիչքները կազմակերպելու ընդամենը մեկ օդանավով:


 


«Ավիաընկերության
համար լուրջ խնդիրներ առաջացրեց նաև հոկտեմբերի 2-ին 1in.am կայքի կողմից տարածված
ապատեղեկատվությունը, ինչի արդյունքում հայկական ավիափոխադրող «Air Armenia»
ընկերությունը ավելի մեծ կորուստներ ունեցավ: Հայաստանում վաճառքները նվազեցին
80%-ով: Միևնույն ժամանակ որոշ գործակալներ իրենց մոտ պահեցին հասույթները,
տոմսերի վերադարձի երաշխիք ապահովելու համար: Արդյունքում հասույթները Հայաստանում
մոտեցան կրիտիկական մինիմումի և ներկայումս հնարավոր չէ իրականացնել ուղևորային
փոխադրումներ: Ստեղծված իրավիճակում ավիաընկերության ղեկավարությունը որոշում է
կայացրել կտրուկ քայլերով իրականացնել կազմակերպության ֆինանսների
ռեստրուկտուրիզացիա, բարեփոխել չվացուցակը մինչ դեկտեմբերի 20-ը՝ շեշտադրում
անելով մեծ պահանջարկ ունեցող հիմնական ուղղություններով թռիչքների կազմակերպման
վրա: Ընթացիկ ժամանակահատվածում նախատեսվում է ներգրավել ֆինանսական միջոցներ,
կատարել աշխատանքներ «Air Armenia»-ին պատկանող  երկու Ա320 օդանավեր
վերադարձնելու ուղղությամբ և դեկտեմբերի 20-ից սկսած իրականացնել բոլոր թռիչքները
ըստ նախկինում հայտարարված ձմեռային չվացուցակի»,-ասված է ընկերության
հայտարարության մեջ:


 



Այնուհետև
հայկական միակ ավիափոխադրող «Air Armenia» ավիաընկերությունը շնորհակալություն է
հայտնում իրեն հավատարիմ մնացած բոլոր ուղևորներին և գործընկերներին, հայցում
նրանց ներողամտությունը ստեղծված իրավիճակի և պատճառված անհանգստության
համար:
