ՄԻԵԴ-ը բացատրություն է խնդրել Բաքվից, թե ինչու մինչև օրս Կարեն Պետրոսյանի դին չի վերադարձվել

Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական
դատարանը (ՄԻԵԴ) խնդրել է Ադրբեջանի կառավարությանը ներկայացնել այդ երկրի
պաշտոնական դիրքորոշումը՝ օգոստոսի 7-ին գերեվարված և մեկ օր անց ադրբեջանական
գերության մեջ կասկածելի հանգամանքներում մահացած Տավուշի մարզի Չինարի գյուղի
բնակիչ Կարեն Պետրոսյանի դին վերադարձնելու առնչությամբ։


 

Այդ մասին «Ազատությանը» հաղորդել է Կարեն Պետրոսյանի ընտանիքի շահերը ներկայացնող աշխատանքային խմբի անդամ, «Ընդդեմ իրավական կամայականության» հասարակական կազմակերպության իրավաբան Քրիստինե Գևորգյանը։ Իրավաբանի խոսքով՝ խումբը, որում ընդգրկված են իրավապաշտպաններ ու փաստաբաններ, հանդիպել է Կարեն Պետրոսյանի ընտանիքի անդամներին, նրանցից համաձայնություն ստացել ստրասբուրգյան դատարան դիմելու համար։


 


«ՄԻԵԴ-ը խնդրել է Ադրբեջանի կառավարությանը մինչև սեպտեմբերի 26-ը ներկայացնել իրենց պաշտոնական դիրքորոշումը Կարեն Պետրոսյանի դին հետ վերադարձնելու առնչությամբ» - «Ազատության» հետ զրույցում ասել է իրավաբանը: Նրա խոսքով՝ Եվրոպական դատարանը նաև բացատրություն է խնդրել Բաքվից, թե ինչու մինչև օրս Կարեն Պետրոսյանի դին չի վերադարձվել հայկական կողմին: «Եվ հայտնի չէ, թե երբ հիմնական դիմումը ՄԻԵԴ-ի կողմից կուղարկվի: Առայժմ պարզ է, որ դիմումով կվիճարկվի կյանքի իրավունքը, մնացածը կախված է հետագա զարգացումներից», - հաղորդել է Գևորգյանը:


 


Հիշեցնենք, որ Ադրբեջանի
իշխանությունները Կարեն Պետրոսյանին հայտարարել էին դիվերսանտ, սակայն
ադրբեջանական գյուղի բնակիչները, որոնք առաջինն էին շփվել սահմանն անցած
Պետրոսյանի հետ, պնդել են, որ նա անզեն է եղել և` քաղաքացիական հագուստով:


 


Քրիստինե Գևորգյանն ընդգրկված է նաև այն աշխատանքային խմբում, որը տասն օր առաջ Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարան է դիմել 77-ամյա Մամիկոն Խոջոյանի գործով, ով ադրբեջանական գերության մեջ երեք ամիս անցկացնելուց հետո մարտին վերադարձվեց Հայաստան, ինչից ընդամենը մեկ ամիս անց մահացավ։ «Ներկա պահին քննարկվում է գանգատի ընդունելության հարցը», - «Ազատությանը» հաղորդել է իրավաբանը:


 


Գերության մեջ հայտնված Մամիկոն Խոջոյանին նույնպես Բաքուն ներկայացնում էր որպես դիվերսանտ, ինչի մասին հեգնանքով էին գրում նույնիսկ ադրբեջանական որոշ լրատվամիջոցներ։ Ըստ Կառավարությանն առընթեր գերիների, պատանդների ու անհետ կորածների հարցերով աշխատանքային խմբի ղեկավար Արմեն Կապրիելյանի, փորձաքննությունները ցույց են տվել, որ Խոջոյանը խոշտանգվել է, ծեծի ենթարկվել, նրան ներարկել են դիզվառելիք, ծոծրակի հատվածում էլ եղել են կիսալուսնաձև դաջվածքներ։


 



Խոջոյանից բացի հայկական կողմն զբաղվում է նաև արդեն մի քանի շաբաթ ադրբեջանական գերության մեջ գտնվող Տավուշի մարզի Նոյեմբերյան քաղաքի բնակիչ Սարգիս Անանյանի հարցով։ Կապրիելյանի խոսքով՝ ինքն անցած շաբաթավերջին հանդիպել է Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի հայաստանյան ներկայացուցչության ղեկավարին, որը վստահեցրել է, թե Անանյանի առողջական վիճակը բավարար է։ 53-ամյա Անանյանին հայրենիք վերադարձնելու վերաբերյալ
դեռևս որևէ նորություն չկա։
