Պրն. Քոհեն, ԵԱՏՄ-ին Հայաստանի անդամակցության վերաբերյալ հոկտեմբերի 10-ին Մինսկում ստորագրված համաձայնագիրը դեռ պետք է վավերացվի 4 երկրի խորհրդարանների կողմից: Հնարավո՞ր են արդյոք այդ ժամանակահատվածում ինչ-որ ֆորս-մաժորային իրավիճակներ: Ինչպիսի՞ն է Արևմուտքի հնարավոր արձագանքը, որը, շատերի կարծիքով, ամեն գնով փորձում է տորպեդահարել եվրասիական նախագծերը:


 


Ոչինչ չի բացառում, սակայն շանսերը, որ Հայաստանին կընդունեն Եվրասիական տնտեսական միություն, գնահատվում են ավելի քան 90 տոկոս: Սխալ է այն թեզիսը, թե Արևմուտքը փորձում է տորպեդահարել եվրասիական նախագծերը: Ես Հայաստանի, Բելառուսի և Ղազախստանի պարագայում չեմ տեսնում որևէ բան, որը ենթադրեր Արևմուտքի միջամտություն:


 


Կարելի՞ է արդյոք ասել, որ Մոսկվան ԱՄՆ-ից խլել է ներքաղաքական նախաձեռնությունը Հայաստանում`կարողանալով իր կողմը գրավել ոչ միայն իշխանությանը, այլ նաև ընդդիմախոսներին: Չէ որ, իշխանությանը խիստ քննադատող ընդդիմությունը նույնպես դեմ չէ Եվրասիական միությանը Հայաստանի անդամակցությանը…


 


Ընդհանուր առմամբ Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ նվաճումները միշտ չափազանց համեստ են եղել: Դա միակողմանի երթևեկությամբ փողոց է: ԱՄՆ ցանկանում է Ղարաբաղի շուրջ կարգավորում, իսկ Հայաստանը դիմադրում է: Ես չեմ կարողանում հիշել, թե Հայաստանն ինչ է տվել Նահանգներին: Իսկ ստացել է շատ բան, ներառյալ հարյուրավոր միլիոն դոլարի օգնությունն ու 902 ուղղումը, որը սահամանփակում է օգնությունն Ադրբեջանին: Այպես որ, շահում են Հայաստանն ու Երևանը: 


 


Վերջերս Դուք մեկ առիթով նշեցիք, որ Կրեմլը ՙցրում է՚ Սարգսյանին… Կարելի՞ է այդ մասին ավելի մանրամասն:


 


Մոսկվայի իմ աղբյուրներն ասում են, որ Սարգսյանը Պուտինին նյարդայնացնում է իր անզիջողականությամբ: Պուտինին հարկավոր է Ուկրաինայի հակամարտության համար փոխհատուցել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի շուրջ կարգավորմամբ: Սկզբի համար հարկավոր է, որպեսզի Ադրբեջանը հետ կանգնի արևմտամետ  դիրքորոշումից, իսկ դրա համար պետք է, որպեսզի Հայաստանը մի քանի շրջան տա Միջանցքից (դեպի Ղարաբաղ), իսկ հետո իրատեսորեն մոտենա հարցի վերջնական լուծմանը: Ռազմավարական նպատակն Ադրբեջանի անդամակցումն է ԵԱՏՄ-ին: Դրա համար Ռուսաստանը պետք է Ղարաբաղը վերադարձնի Ադրբեջանին, այլապես նա չի գնա վերակողմնորոշման դեպի Մոսկվան: Իսկ Սարգսյանն ու ղարաբաղյան կլանը խոչընդոտ են թվում այդ սցենարի համար:


 


Ներկայացրեք, խնդրեմ, Մերձավոր Արևելքում իրավիճակի Ձեր տեսլականը`ՙԻսլամական պետության՚ գրոհայինների վայրագությունների լույսի ներքո: Արդյո՞ք այդ իրադարձությունները կարող են ինչ-որ կերպ փոխել աշխարհաքաղաքական լանդշավտն այդ տարածաշրջանում:


 


Մերձավոր արևելքը մոտ է ՙճշմարտության ժամին՚: ՙԻսլամական պետության՚ միջոցով փորձությունը կբացահայտի, թե ով ով է` ինչպես ասում էր Գորբաչովը: Ամերիկան, Եվրոպան, արաբական երկրները պայքարում են ընդդեմ ԻՊ, իսկ Թուրքիան ռմբակոծում է քրդերին: Ես անցած շաբաթ վերադարձել եմ Եվրոպայից. այնտեղ սարսափահար են Էրդողանի դիրքորոշումից: Նա բացահայտվել է որպես ԻԼԻՊ հովանավոր` ինչպես և Կատարը: ԱՄՆ-ին և Կատարին ոչ մի ուժ չէր բաժանի, իսկ այժմ ՙՆյու Յորք Թայմզը՚ հայհոյանք է թափում, վտանգված է նրանց աշխարհի առաջնությունը:


 


Պետք է նաև նշեմ, որ ԻԼԻՊ-ը սարսափելի վտանգ է ներկայացնում Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի համար, հատկապես` Հյուսիսային Կովկասում: Եթե օբյեկտիվ մոտենանք, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության պետական շահերի տեսանկյունից, ապա Մոսկվան պետք է դադարեցնի ներկայիս հակաարևմտյնա արշավը, այլապես կհայտնվի դեմ առ դեմ ոչ թե ուկրաինացի ՙեղբյարներիե, ուղղափառ, ռուսալեզու սլավոնացիների, այլ ԻԼԻՊ գազանների հետ, որոնց շարքերում կռվողներից շատերը` ավելի քան երկու հազար մարդ, Հյուսիսային Կովկասից և ԱՊՀ երկրներից են: 


Կհաջողվի՞ արդյոք ԱՄՆ-ին լրջորեն թուլացնել Ռուսաստանի դիրքերը Կովկասում`մեկուսացնելով վերջինիս այսօր կիրառվող հզոր պատժամիջոցների և ճնշումների արդյունքում:


 


Պատժամիջոցները վնաս են հասցնում Ռուսաստանի տնտեսական վիճակին, այլ ոչ թե Կովկասում վերջինիս դիրքերին: Բայց դրանք ամենալուրջ պատժամիջոցներն են Աֆղանստանում ԽՍՀՄ պատերազմի ժամանակներից ի վեր:
