During the Eurasian intergovernmental state session the sides agreed that the regular meeting of Eurasian Economic Union (EEC) Prime Ministers will be held in Yerevan on May 20 , the commission's Facebook page informs.
"During the session issues have been discussed, on which the Sides' stand should be clarified, so that the Commission can move forward and prepare new documents. Particularly, we agreed that during the next session in Yerevan we will return o the discussion of the Concept of establishing common market of petroleum and petroleum products. The issue of railway transportation will be also further discussed in Yerevan. The prime ministers of EEC countries agreed to hold such meetings more often", the Chairman of Eurasian Economic Commission Tigran Sargsyan stated.
To recall, considering the current situation in Armenia a decision was made to hold the summit of Eurasian Economic Commission in Moscow on April 13 instead of meeting in Yerevan scheduled for April 8, the press-service of EEC informed earlier.
To note, the summit of Eurasian Economic Commission in Yerevan has been canceled by Kazakhstan's urging amid fears that holding of it will be considered as one-sided assistance to one of the sides to the Karabakh conflict during its escalation. The summit will be held in Moscow on April 13.
