On July 8, Rostelecom Armenia representatives signed a memorandum of cooperation with Kapan's municipality. The memorandum envisages strengthening and development of relations between the sides, the press service of the company has told ArmInfo.
According to the source within the cooperation creating and operation of new infrastructures is planned. Thus, in the nearest future construction and equipment of children's playgrounds is expected, as well as ensuring free WiFi access in parks. At the same time, the two sides will continue to cooperate within the framework of educational projects, particularly, Rostelecom will continue to provide Internet access free of charge for e- Library of the city.
The signing of the memorandum was followed by official reopening ceremony of Rostelecom sales and service center, attended by Kapan's Mayor Ashot Hayrapetyan and Rostelecom Armenia CEO Hayk Farmazyan.
To note, the flow of the customers to the service offices has increased due to Rostelecom's new offer- Regional Trio, which was introduced especially for inhabitants of Armenia's regions. It gives opportunity by paying only AMD8500 to watch more than 60 leading TV Channels, access 24MB/sec high-speed internet, phone service and free WiFi activation.
