Genealogy band comprising singers from all five continents will represent Armenia at the European Song Contest 2015 in Vienna.
Inspired with the symbol of the Armenian Genocide centennial - a forget-me-not flower - Armenia has come up with a completely new format for the Eurovision Song Contest. Genealogy band has brought together young Armenian artists from Europe, Asia, America, Africa and Australia. The idea is to unite on stage a new generation of Armenians, whose families once spread all over the world in the year 1915.
The five singers symbolizing the five petals of the forget-me-not will be joined by another singer from Armenia. Genealogy - 6 artists, 6 fates, one story. They will sing Don't Deny in the first semi-final on May 19. The final is on May 23.
The name of the first member of the band will be announced on February 16.
